Furthermore, obligation to “mute” or “block” video in group meetings falls upon the purchaser and is not the responsibility of The Rock and Roll Professor. Furthermore, any chat feature message you relay, type, communicate, acknowledge or share (emojis, text, or otherwise), in any chat feature should be assumed to public.

When purchasing any product/course on The Rock and Roll Professor, allows the recording, transmission, playback and storage or your image, voice, text messages utilized in chat, and any other communication for use on the website and to be shared publicly for purposes of marketing & education.

You can object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing at any time. We will then refrain from any processing to the extent it is related to such purposes. You may opt-out of direct marketing via opt-out links in any marketing communication or via user profile pages on the website (where available). Upon purchasing a product from The Rock and Roll Professor, you agree upon these terms & conditions.
Product: Courses, classes, lectures and discussion about topics regarding popular music. All information and presentations are the intellectual property of The Rock and Roll Professor and are protected by trademarks and copyrights as noted.
Duration & schedule: Duration of lecture and material is not obligated to exact timing. As each class is held “live,” in real-time and are unscripted, duration of lectures and presented materials may be shorter or longer than advertised in course descriptions. Courses may be rescheduled at any time. Attendees will be notified of such changes via email notice.
Q&A and discussion: Each discussion session, along with Q&A (questions and answers) are a part of the presentation, but do not guarantee any outcome or level of quality of said discussion or questions & answers. Participation from attendees is not guaranteed and therefore is unpredictable and not the responsibility of The Rock and Roll Professor.
Act of God: Should any unforeseen circumstance (Act of God), prevent a course from taking place as planned, the course will be rescheduled. If a rescheduling of a course is unable to take place within 30 days, The Rock and Roll Professor will initiate a refund to paid attendees.
The “Good Neighbor Policy” is in effect for all lectures, meetings, discussion sessions, Q&A, conversations, chat, webinars, or other means of communication with The Rock and Roll Professor and attendees. The following are subjective rules as expected, according to The Rock and Roll Professor instructor: Attendees are expected to be civil ; attendees are not to monopolize conversation with instructor or another attendee, preventing others from participating; attendees will be expected to behave in a manner with the “treat others as you would wish to be treated,” music is a subjective art form which adheres to one’s personal tastes, therefore attendees are expected to be open to others’ perspectives and interests.

The Rock and Roll Professor may assess inappropriate behavior at will and “virtually” remove an attendee from the meeting room and course with no refund, recourse or discussion. Any attendee who is “virtually” removed will not be given a refund, and may be banned from attending other The Rock and Roll Professor courses in the future.
Intent: These courses are designed to be informative and fun; presented for the sake of the pursuit of knowledge and interest in the topic. These courses are not designed to be a masters level critical examination of popular music or other aspects of music history. Enjoy it for what it is.

Recordings: Courses will be recorded and made available to class attendees only. Recordings will be available for a limited time before being archived. In most cases, the recording will remain available for 72 hours. Class recordings are intended for those who are registered though The Rock and Roll Professor website as attendees. No file sharing is allowed.
